This is from the same line as Blue Hawaiian, meaning tons of pretty tiny glitters with a base colour. The photo unfortunately doesn't do it justice, there's tons of different colours.
Unlike Blue Hawaiian though the base colour is not as solid, even after 2 coats it's still a bit shear. I adore it but not as much as Blue Hawaiian, which I'm totally in love with !
I reckon Electric Lilac would look REALLY pretty over a matte or shimmery purple polish, I will sure be trying that some time soon
